Our on-line booking component integrates with the Accuro Scheduler and is powered by Medeo and governed by their Privacy guidelines.

Contact Information
Nature of your visit.

Please let them know if your visit is for an urgent or non-urgent problem, a follow up visit, maternity care, a complete physical, insurance or driver’s physical.

*CANCELLATION SPOTS – Please visit www.CancellationSpot.com to register for cancellation spaces within our daily schedule.
Register, then search for Selkirk Medical Centre, choose which Doctor you would like to see and you will be notified by text/email.
*Only available to our existing patients – Unregistered patients with our Clinic will be declined

NO SHOW FEE

Please provide 24-hours notice, where possible, to cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a NO-SHOW fee of $40.00 for missed appointments.

This information enables the receptionist to book an appropriate appointment for you. Medical forms to be filled out should be shown to the receptionist as some information on the form may have to be filled out by them before seeing the doctor.

For urgent medical attention please visit your nearest hospital or Quick Care Clinic.

If it is a Genuine Emergency, you should call 911 **chest pains/shortness of breath constitute a genuine emergency**
